复杂工况下人工挖孔桩基础处理与监测分析

摘    要:结合复杂工况条件下的典型的桩基工程实例,分析了在管涌条件下桩基处理方法。该实例在充分利用已施工的人工挖孔桩的基础上,将原设计人工挖孔桩基础改为桩筏基础;并在桩筏基础与地基共同作用计算的基础上进行了设计。在施工期间对基桩桩身应力、筏板主筋应力、筏板下土压力及基础沉降进行了严密的监测。监测结果表明桩筏基础存在一定的沉降差,筏板基础内力远小于设计值,经基础局部加强后保证了这个项目的顺利实施,使用效果表明基础处理方案达到了设计预期,该实例基础处理方法和监测结果对同类工程项目具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Based on the example of hand-dug pile foundation in complex working condition, the pile foundation treatment method in the condition of piping is presented. With utilizing the hand-dug pile had been construction and considering the interaction between pile-raft foundation and foundation, the pile- raft foundation is proposed to replace the original pile foundation in this project. During the construction, the stress of pile and raft are monitored carefully as well as soil pressure under raft and foundation settlement, the results show that the piled raft foundation has certain differential settlement and the internal force of raft foundation is far less than the design value, the project has been implemented smoothly after local strengthening. The proposed method above is effective and make project implement well. This approach for foundation and monitor results would be good reference for other similar projects.
