ISCPC系统的基本模型、基本框架结构及其研究方法的特点(英文)

ISCPC系统即“中国体育事业指标体系”,是以系统论、控制论和信息论为理论基础,运用系统分析与系统设计方法研制而成的具有中国特色的大系统。该系统得到了同行专家们的一致肯定,并获得国家体委的奖励。本文简要地介绍了ISCPC系统的IPO模型、基本框架结构以及我们所采用的研究方法的特点。

THE BASIC MODEL, BASIC FRAME STRUCTURE OF ISCPC SYSTEM AND CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR RESEARCH METHOD

In order to make a complete, systmatic and scientific analyses of the present status and development of China's physical culture cause so as to reveal all the internal relationships in the field of physical cultuer; in order to strengthen the target management of China's physical culture cause, so as to ensure the coordinated growth of our physical cultue cause and all other causes; we have, on the bases of system theory, control theory and information theory, studied and established ISCPC (the Index System of China's Physical Culture) System. In this paper, we briefly introduced the basic model and its merits, basic frame structure of ISCPC System and characteristics of our reseach methods.
