电液伺服加载系统的自适应控制

摘    要:本文针对某实际电液伺服扭矩加载装置,运用Popov超稳定理论,设计了一套模型参考自适应控制系统,显著地提高了原系统的加载精度,提高了系统抗结构参数变化的能力.文章采用了特别适用于加载系统的“无模型跟踪法”,取得了满意的实验结果.

Abstract:For the purpose of eliminating the output error caused by serious feedforward disturbance and system parameter variation in a passive electro-hydraulic servo loading system, a microcomputer-based model reference adaptive controller is designed according to the MRAC design theory developed by I. D. Landau. A new time-saving method for handling the reference model, which is particularly suitable for the passive loading system, is proposed. Experimental results show that the system performance is greatly improved compared with that without adaptive control.
