多酸基分子筛原位合成及FCC汽油催化加氢改质研究

摘    要:以多金属氧酸盐(POMs=Mn4(H2O)2(PW9O34)]10-)为无机前驱体,TPAOH为碱性模板剂,结合胶态晶种制备、脱模及晶化等方法,原位合成了POM s/ZSM -5多酸基分子筛纳米复合材料.SEM 、XRD、FT-IR及 TG等测试结果表明,POMs/ZSM -5复合催化材料粒子大小均一独立,具有比纳米ZSM -5分子筛更大的晶间孔,母体POM s的分子结构完整,且与分子筛ZSM -5之间存在较强的化学作用.利用固定床加氢改质催化裂化汽油评价新材料的催化性能.结果阐明,多酸基分子筛催化材料选择性加氢脱硫活性高于ZSM -5,积碳失活的概率有所降低.

Preparation,structural characterization and catalytic performance of POMs/ZSM-5 composites

Abstract:The POMs/ZSM -5 complexes were developed by a simple combination method of seed crystal process and in situ treatment technique .The morphology ,porosity ,X-ray Diffraction as well as composition and structure of as-prepared materials were well characterized .The possible different for-mation mechanisms of hybrid composites were proposed .Subsequently ,the materials were successful-ly applied to the hydrodesulfurization of the FCC gasoline .The catalytic performance ,the changes of an aromatic hydrocarbon content ,and the desulfurization rate were also investigated to clarify the effect of POMs/ZSM -5 complexes on the hydrodesulfurization process .Special attention was paid to confirm high heat stability and catalytic activity .
