(口恶)二唑硫醚基型6-取代吲哚衍生物的合成和抗菌活性研究

摘    要:以6-吲哚甲酸甲酯为起始原料,高产率的合成了9个新的含(口恶)二唑硫醚基结构的6-吲哚衍生物,其结构均经核磁,质谱,红外光谱和元素分析确证.抗菌活性实验表明,所合成的目标物对大肠杆菌(E.coli)具有较好的抗菌活性.

Abstract:A new type of 6-indole derivatives containing oxadiazole and sulfide units are synthesized in good yields by using methyl indole-6-carboxylate as starting material. The structures of the new compounds are characterized by IH NMR, MS, IR and elemental analysis. The antibacterial activities are investigated against E. coli and S. aureus bacteria. The results indicate that these compounds have good antibacterial effects for E. coli.
