微氧条件下EGSB反应器处理焦化废水的可行性分析

摘    要:焦化废水是一种氨氮浓度较高并且含有难生物降解物质的有机工业废水.简单介绍了目前焦化废水的主要处理方法,包括物化法和生物法等.针对这些方法存在的缺陷,引入了微氧条件下使用EGSB反应器处理焦化废水的技术.该技术结合了EGSB反应器和微氧技术的优点,工艺流程简单,占地面积小,投资成本低,适合焦化废水的处理.

Abstract:Coking wastewater is a kind of organic industrial wastewater which contains high concentration of ammonia and difficult biodegradation materials. In this article, several kinds of main treatment methods used in the coking wastewater control, such as physieo - chemical process and biological treatment method and so on are introduced. However, there are lots of defects in these treatment ways. In order to solve these problems, a type of new treatment method is put forward, that is, using EGSB reactor treating to coke wastewater under micro - aerobic conditions. The procedure compromises the merits of EGSB reactor and microaerobic technology. Besides, there are many advantages in the process, including simple circuit, few area and low investment. It is suitable for coking wastewater treatment.
