| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代后期以来,美国企业与亚洲企业之间在技术创新要素方面的交流迅速增强,成为近10多年来美国与亚洲技术联系的一个主要内容和促进因素,这将对美亚经济关系的发展产生重要的影响。从R&D资金、高技能人才、技术以及高技术产品方面详细分析了近年来美国与亚洲企业间技术创新要素流动的趋势、特点及其含义。

| Abstract: | Since late 1990s,flow of technological innovation factors between U.S.and Asian enterprises has been substentially intensified.This becomes a major content and driver of U.S.-Asia technological linkage over recent decade and will produce vital influence to the development of U.S.-Asia economic and technological relations.In this paper,the trends,characteristics and implications of flow of technological innovation factors between U.S.and Asian enterprises in recent years are analyzed in detail from dimensions of R&D expenditure,highly skilled human resources,technology and hi-tech product. |
