摘    要:超声诊断、超声理疗和超声外科等方面已有广泛的研究.但是,超声对肝细胞的作用除国外有少数报导以外,国内关于这一方面的研究甚少.为了研究超声作用下肝细胞坏死前的超微结构变化,作者进行了聚焦超声辐照在体大白鼠肝的实验. 1 材料和方法实验用健康雄性大白鼠24只,为同一品系,体重200~250克,随机分为四组.组一、三为实验组,组二、四为对照组.四组动物均以乙醚麻醉,常规外科手术切开腹壁,暴露肝脏.实验组以强度5W/cm~2,频率1.06MHz的聚焦超声辐照肝的中叶尖端3分钟.对照组作同样处理,唯独不启动超声源,也称为“假”照射.组一、二和三、四“真”“假”照射分别在宰杀

Abstract:Rat livers are irradiated directly by focused ultrasound at the intensity of 5W/cm~2, frequency 1.06MHz for three minute. The treated animals are killed respectively in 3 hours and 12 hours after irradiation. Then, the irradiated area of the liver is cut off and observed with an ordinary electron microscopy. In this experiment, not only the general damage of the cell is carefally examined and it is discovered that the nucleous becomes larger and its numder has increased.
