摘    要:指出了轴向柱塞泵和曲轴连杆液压电动机配流盘现有液压力近似计算公式的不足和缺陷,引入剪切长度和平均剪切长度的概念和定义,定性分析了配流副密封带中油液粘度的变化规律,并给出了油液粘度随油温和油压变化的数学模型.在此基础上,以考虑油液粘度随油压和油温变化情况下配流副流场有限元数值计算结论为依据,给出了一套基于二维油压分布规律、适用于轴向柱塞泵和曲轴连杆液压电动机的配流副液压力近似解析计算公式.以曲轴连杆液压电动机端面配流副为例,将该计算公式同目前常用的其他几种近似解析计算公式的计算结果进行了对比分析,说明使用给出的计算公式可提高配流副液压力计算精度,并进一步说明了忽略油液粘度变化将严重影响配流副液压力的计算精度.

Abstract:Conception and definition of cutting length and average cutting length are given. Oil viscosity variety with oil pressure and oil temperature in distributor sealing field is discussed, and the variety mathematics model is presented. Based on the above, a new type of approximate formula for computing hydraulic force of the distributor is presented according to the conclusion of numerical calculation in the case of varying oil viscosity, which is determined by oil pressure and oil temperature. The formula is based on 2 dimension oil pressure distribution and is suitable to both axis piston pumps and crank shaft connecting rod motors. Taking the motor distributor for example, it carries out a compa rison between the formula proposed in the paper and other kinds of approximate formulas used popular. The results show that accuracy of the formula is better than the others, and the accuracy would be influenced negatively if the variety of oil viscosity is ignored.
