注过热蒸汽井热力计算

摘    要:以蒸汽压力和比焓作为求解变量,根据能量守恒和动量守恒建立井筒注过热蒸汽的热力计算模型,对井筒内分别采用普通油管和隔热油管两种工况进行注汽热力计算,并分析井内蒸汽热力参数分布情况。该模型将注过热蒸汽、湿蒸汽和注热水热力计算统一起来,克服了传统计算方法需要根据蒸汽在井中的相态切换求解变量和微分方程的缺点。结果表明,采用普通油管注过热蒸汽时,井内蒸汽一般会凝结变成气液两相流。计算结果与测试结果和文献结果的对比验证了所建计算模型和方法的可行性。

Abstract:The thermodynamic calculation model for the superheated steam flow in well bore was established based on the conservation law of energy and momentum,and the pressure and specific enthalpy of steam were taken as evaluated variables.The thermodynamic calculation for steam flow in the well bore with plain tubing and insulated tubing was done,and the distribution of steam parameter along the well bore was analyzed.This method overcomes the shortcomings of classical models which need vary equations and variables according to the phase performance of steam.The simulation results show that the single phase flow of steam will transform into vapor-to-water two-phase flow in tube wells.The calculation results were compared with those from four-parameter tester and references,which verified the reliability of the model proposed.
