| 摘 要： | 观察到一组无脑干病损临床表现的鼻咽癌放疗患者听觉脑干电反应的改变，包括反应阈升高、波峰潜伏期延长和波峰同潜伏期延长等，反映了中耳、耳蜗、听神经和脑干的放射性损伤，提示ＡＢＲ在早期发现ＮＰＣ放疗所致脑干型放射性脑病方面有重要价值。

| Abstract: | Auditory brainstem responses (ABR) were recorded in a group of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) without the clinical sings of brainstem disorders after inadiation. The abnormal findings included the raised threshold and prolongation of the peak and interpeak latents,which refleded the damaging effects of radiation on middle ear, cochlea , auditory nerve and brainstem. This suggested that ABR is an important test in diagnosing the post--irradiation myelopathy of brainstem in an early stage. |
