增强高校基层党支部凝聚力战斗力和创造力的途径

高校党的建设是党的建设重要组成部分,高校党的基层支部是高校党的建设的基础。本文对高校基层支部发挥创造力、凝聚力和战斗力进行了探索,分别从支部管理、发挥好“三个作用”、紧密联系群众,树立高校良好形象等几个方面论述了增强高校基层组织的创造力、凝聚力和战斗力途径和方法。

Study on creativity,coagulative power and fighting strength of the grass-roots department of the high school party

The construction of the high school party which is based on the grass-roots department of the high school party,is the important constitution of the party construction.In this paper,creativity,coagulative power and fighting strength carried on by the grass-roots department of the high school party are investigated.The path and the method to strengthen these powers are discussed from department management,practice of three functions,close contacting crowds and setting up good image.
