免疫遗传算法在交叉口信号配时优化中的应用

摘    要:将免疫遗传学思想运用到交通信号控制中,提出一种新的相位配时优化算法.为了快速求解最优配时方案,该免疫遗传算法模拟了抗体应答抗原的机理,运用细胞记忆机制保存优良抗体,引入信息熵计算抗原间的亲和力,并在此基础上通过抗原聚类方法加快算法收敛.针对该算法设计了相应的仿真实验,对一个四相位单交叉路口的交通流进行了建模和分析.实验结果充分验证了该算法处理交通配时优化问题的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:A new algorithm based on immunogenetics is proposed to optimize traffic signal timing, the mechanism of the antibody-response-to-antigen is simulated in the presented immunogenetic algorithm, in which memory set is used to keep best antibodies. The affinity between antigens is computed by using information entropy, then fast convergence of the algorithm is yielded by using antigen. An experiment for the traffic model at a four-phase single intersection is conducted on the basis of this algorithm, the simulation results show that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
