| 摘 要： | 党的十七大报告明确提出,要"弘扬法治精神,形成自觉守法用法的社会氛围".究竟什么是法治精神,需要进一步探索.笔者认为,法治精神是指法治的宗旨或主要意义,是法治所固有的内在品质、品格和品性.社会主义法治精神可以概括为良法至上精神、社会主义宪政精神、公平正义精神等三个方面.
