永磁同步电机最小损耗控制的仿真研究

摘    要:降低电机的损耗对于节能有重要的意义,分析永磁同步电机(PMSM)损耗模型的基础上,结合直接转矩控制方案,通过实时在线调节磁链给定的控制算法,使永磁同步电机运行于最小损耗控制方式下,并利用MATLAB仿真软件建立了系统模型。该控制方法根据推导出最小损耗控制下的电流来实时确定电机的给定磁链。仿真结果表明与传统的直接转矩控制相比,最小损耗控制方式下的电机损耗有明显减小,达到节能的目的。

Abstract:It is very important to reduce the loss of motors, and a minimum loss control method combined with direct torque control (DTC) method was used to reduce the motor loss through on-line adjusting the flux reference based on the analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) loss models and modeled in the MATLAB. The minimum loss DTC method determined the flux reference according to the current deduced under the minimum loss control. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional DTC, the minimum loss DTC can effectively reduce the loss of PMSM and it is effective to save energy.
