系杆拱桥中碳纤维吊杆初始张拉力控制

摘    要:以已制作的舞水大桥钢箱系杆拱桥缩尺模型为实例,对如何确定系杆拱桥中碳纤维CFRP吊杆初始张拉力进行了研究,可为以后CFRP吊杆的张拉控制提供科学依据.建立舞水大桥钢箱系杆拱桥缩尺模型的有限元模型,采用逆向施工法得出每根吊杆的初始张拉力,然后,采用正常施工顺序对缩尺模型的CFRP吊杆进行张拉.对比有限元计算值和实际测量值,两者数值能够很好地吻合.研究表明:用有限元的逆向施工法指导系杆拱桥中CFRP吊杆初始张拉力的确定是确实可行的.

Abstract:Taking Wushui Bridge scale model of steel box bowstring arch bridge which has been produced for instance,research on how to determine the initial tension of CFRP suspender in bowstring arch bridge was conducted.And it provides scientific basis for drawing control of CFRP boom in the future.The finite element model of the Wushui Bridge scale model of steel box bowstring arch bridge was established.The initial tension of each suspender determined with reverse construction sequence.The CFRP suspender of scale model is then tensioned with normal construction sequence.It contrasts the finite element calculation value with actual measured value,both values are able to reach very good agreement.It is really feasible that using the reverse construction method by the finite element to guide determining the initial tension of CFRP suspender in bowstring arch bridge.
