NaH2PO4催化合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的研究

摘    要:以NaH2PO4为催化剂,通过苯甲醛和乙二醇反应合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛,探讨了NaH2PO4对缩醛反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了醇醛物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响.实验表明:NaH2PO4是合成苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛的良好催化剂,在n(醇):n(醛)=3.0:1.0,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的2.0%,甲苯为带水剂,反应时间3h的优化条件下,苯甲醛乙二醇缩醛收率可达86.3%.

Abstract:The benzaldehyde glycol acetal was synthesized by the reaction of benzaldehyde and glycol with NaH2PO4. The catalytic activity of NaH2PO4 to acetalation reaction was discussed. The influence of the factors of molar ratio of glycol to aldehyde, the quantity of catalyst and the reaction time on the product yield was more systematically studied. The experimental results show that NaH2PO4 is an excellent catalyst to synthesis of the benzaldehyde glycol acetal. When the molar ratio of the glycol to the aldehyde is 3.0: 1.0, the content of the catalyst is equal to 2.0 % by the mass of the total reaction stocks, the toluene is used as water entraining agent and the reaction time is 3 h, the yield can reach 86.3 %.
