摘    要:图书馆是大学教育设施的一个重要组成部分,提高其服务层次对于提高学校整体教育教学质量至关重要.不同的读者群之间存在阅读需求的差异性,只有找准目标并建立相应的服务体系,才能提供有效的服务,营造良好的阅读氛围.分析读者的阅读需求,构建现代化技术平台,丰富馆藏资源,不断扩展服务内容,是目前提高浙江科技学院图书馆服务层次的当务之急.

Abstract:Library is one of the important facilities in higher education.High-quality education needs high-level library service.Different groups of readers require different library services.None but finding the precise goal and establish corresponding service system can provide efficient services and create the expected reading atmosphere.It is urgent to analyze the readers' requirement,build modern-tech platform,enrich library resource and expand service contents to upgrade the service of the university library.
