| 摘 要： | 汽车车牌识别是图像识别技术的一个重点课题．介绍了拍摄装置与汽车有相对运动的车牌识别方法；结合警车跟踪系统的核心部分，研究了具有相对运动的汽车车牌的提取、车牌的预处理以及车牌数字的识别；着重阐述了自适应模板的中心骨架匹配方法．

| Abstract: | The recognition of the license plate is one of the most important subjects of the image identification. A new method which can work well while the relative movement existing between the shot fix and the car is introduced connecting with the police tracking system. How to pick-up the license plate, the pretreatment of the license plate and the identification of the figure are analyzed in detail. At the same time, the central framework matching approach of auto-adapt template is especially expatiated. |
