| 摘 要： | 消费、投资、出口是拉动经济增长的"三驾马车",而投资需求又是在一国资本存量匮乏、基础设施不完善时期推动经济增长的主力。改革开放以来,我国经济保持快速发展势头,其推手主要得益于投资需求的拉动,但投资中存在着总量偏高、结构不合理、模式粗放等问题。为了进一步提高投资绩效,就必须合理控制投资总量,优化投资结构,完善税制改革和实施金融体制创新。

| Abstract: | The consumption,investment,and export three requirements are the ＂troika＂ to boost a country＇s economic growth,the investment demand is the main force to boost economic growth of a country when the capital stock is short,infrastructure is imperfect.Since China＇s reform and opening up,China＇s economy maintained rapid development momentum,the main driving force benefits from investment demand pull,but there exists many problems,such as the total investment is on the high side extensively,unreasonable structure,model,etc.In order to further improve the investment performance,we must reasonably control the gross investment,optimize investment structure,perfect the tax system reform and implement the financial system innovation. |
