| 摘 要： | 对小微企业进行信贷调查,需要投入大量的人力和物力。针对小微企业"短、小、频、急"的信贷需求,可借用自行车车轮编织方法,建立小微客户经理"军队+学校+家庭"管理机制,提高小微客户经理技能,构建专业化、职业化、知识型、营销型的客户经理团队。

| Abstract: | To carry out the credit investigation for small micro enterprises,we need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources.For small micro enterprises＇ credit demand of ＂short,small,frequency,urgent＂,we can borrow the bicycle wheels weaving method,set up small micro account managers＇ management mechanism of ＂army＋school＋family＂,improve small micro account managers＇ skills,build the specialization,professionalization,knowledge-based and marketing account manager team. |
