市民社会的三个维度——法律、道德与信仰辩证关系的宏观阐述

The Three Dimensions of a Civil Society

The civil society is the necessary history period to realize the human liberation.In the present China,the rise of civil society is the realistic foundation of building a harmonious society.Marx＇s civil society we discussed reveals that in the period of constructing the harmonious society,dialectically take three important dimensions of a civil society,which are the configuration law,ethics and beliefs are quite necessary.Under the circumstance of the 18th CPC National Congress pointing out more clearly the development opportunity and risk challenge we facing,we should adhere to the basic strategy for the rule of law,correctly handle and cohense the unite and opposite relationship among system,ethic and the three elements of spirit,constantly adjust the positive interaction between the civil society and the power state and which has the far-reaching significance.
