| 摘 要： | 分析了高校资源共享中存在共享机制欠缺、管理队伍不稳定等问题,并对以上问题提出实现资源共享的具体措施:完善资源共享机制、制定可行的仪器设备使用维护制度、合理配置仪器设备、改革仪器设备采购方案。实现资源共享一个很重要的方面是有关单位和管理人员要有责任心和协作精神。
