密闭容器法和催化剂法合成诺卜醇的研究

摘    要:以多聚甲醛和过量的β-蒎烯为原料,采用密闭容器法,催化剂法和密闭容器--催化剂法合成了诺卜醇,通过气相色谱分析反应液中主要成分的含量,比较三者的优劣性,实验结果表明,密闭容器--催化剂法优于密闭容器法和催化剂法,产物诺卜醇的纯度和得率都较高,但密封容器法的产物后处理较催化剂法和密闭容器--催化剂法简单。βββ

Abstract:Nopol was synthesized via Paraformaldehyde and excess β-Pinene in the closed-vessel、catalyst and closed-vessel-catalyst.The contents of main ingredients in reaction mixtures were analyzed by GC.The good and poor advantage of three method were compared.The experimental results show that,the closed-vessel-catalyst is more superior than the closed-vessel and the catalyst,the purity and the yield of Nopol are higher,but the after-treatment of the product in the closed-vessel is simpler than that in the catalyst and closed-vessel-catalyst.
