| Abstract: | This paper discusses the position and role of ideological and political work highway maintenance enterprises. Following the policy of focusing on both economic construction and ideological and political work, ideological and political work should be put thoroughly in all aspects of the reform and development of enterprise. And the ideological and political work should be "people-oriented"and encourage the enthusiasm of workers to achieve "win-win" in both enterprises and workers. |
