微胶囊悬浮液浓度测定方法的研究

摘    要:微胶囊悬浮液中微粒“浓度”的确定是相关研究中较为困难的.本文采用实验测定的方法对海藻酸钙-几丁聚糖微胶囊悬浮液的“浓度”进行了测定.分别试验了用显微镜计数仪和激光粒度分析仪测定微胶囊悬浮液的“浓度”,并对两种方法进行了比较.结果表明,利用激光粒度分析仪测定的结果较为合理.

Abstract:Determining concentration of the precipitate of the suspension microcapsules is,comparatively speaking,a difficult thing in the study of this and relevant fields.Using two experiment methods,determines the concentration of the suspension of alginate-chitosan microcapsules one in which the microscopic count was used and the other with a mastersizer.
