摘    要:为实现大中型企业MIS的集成化和管理的系统化,综合运用现代管理科学、系统集成理论和控制原理,研究多维管理体系结构及其运行机理.构建了集成化MIS的理论模型--三维管理体系结构的金字塔模型;剖析了各维度内部和各维度之间的集成机理;分别设计了面向计划阶段和实施阶段的网络结构集成计划模型和多级反馈与前馈集成控制模型,并探讨其集成化运行机制.该三维集成化管理模型将对企业集成化MIS的开发和管理实践提供理论支撑,使得企业从整体到局部、从空间到时间所涉及的各类管理单元成为一个相互协调的有机整体,以便有效实现其长远管理目标.

Abstract:In order to realize integration of management information system(MIS) and management systematization for large and medium-sized enterprises,a multi-dimensional management framework was researched by using modern management science,system integration theory and control principle comprehensively.A theoretical model of integrated MIS,the pyramidal model of three-dimensional management architecture is established.And the integration mechanisms within each dimension and between different dimensions are analyzed.Furthermore,oriented to the planning and execution periods respectively,an integrated planning model in network structure and an integrated control model in multi-hierarchical feedback and feedforward structure are designed.In addition,their integration operational mechanisms are explored.The three-dimensional integrated management model will provide theoretical support for integrated MIS development and management practice of enterprises,so that various management units concerning an enterprise in whole or in parts as well as in different space or time can become an indivisible organic entirety in order to realize its long-term objectives effectively.
