光与晶格相互作用散射过程的热力学

摘    要:利用献6]提供的三玻色子非线性相互作用模型哈密顿量导出的热力学势,计算光与晶格相互作用散射过程中入射,散射光子和声子的热平均数以及系统的熵,讨论了这些热力学量与频率及温度的关系。

Abstract:In this paper using the thermodynamical potential of the nonlinear interaction model of three bosons which has been derived from refrence6],the thermal photons and phnons mean values,and entropy of the system were calculated.The relations of these thermodynamic quantities with frequencies and temperature were disscussed respectively.
