摘    要:农业科技进步水平与产出量、物化劳动、活劳动和自然环境等因素有关。该文采用代表性、比较性、结构合理性和应用性的选标四则,选择4个主体指标15个群体指标,构成农业科学技术集成指数监测指标体系,利用其数模表达式,可以确定农业科技进步水平,其结论不仅可纵横比较、且可作为农业管理部门目标考核的依据。

Abstract:The agricultural science and technique progress (ASTP)is closely related to the output,active labour and material labour im-puts as well as the environment factors. In this paper 4 main targetsand 15 community targets were selected based on 4 main principles,i.e. representing, comparing, applying and rationalizing. Furthermore acomprehensive index monitoring target system of ASTP was formed.ASTP level may be determined by using the numerical model expres-sion. The result can be used not only to compare in length andbreadth,but also to become a standard of target management by the a-gricultural administration.
