铁谱技术对复合材料轴承的检测

摘    要:针对CB-FA40齿轮泵采用复合材料轴承代替20高锡滑动轴承的可行性进行试验台试验,并用铁谱技术对轴承磨损状况进行检测。结果表明,复合材料轴承在承压能力,温度变化、合同寿命等方面,都大大优于20高锡滑动轴承。

Abstract:The passage is about the experiments conducted in laboratory which deals with the possibility of replacing 20 high tin sliding bearing with compound material bearing as far as CB FA 40 gear pump is concerned,as well as testing the wearing state of the bearing with ferrographic technique.The result shows that the compound material bearing surpass the 20 high tin sliding bearing in endurance to pressure,adaption to variable temperatures and life for use and so on.
