| 摘 要： | 为建立控制六味止痛胶囊的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法对胶囊中的当归、诃子、藏菖蒲进行鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法测定阿魏酸的含量.结果表明,薄层色谱法可以对制剂中的当归、诃子、藏菖蒲做出准确鉴别,利用高效液相色谱法可以测定出阿魏酸的含量.该方法灵敏、简便,重现性好,可有效控制制剂的质量.

| Abstract: | To establish quality standard for pain-killer capsule consisting of six medicines,TLC was used to identify Angelica,Fructus Chebulae,Acorus Calamus L.and HPLC was taken to determine the content of ferulic acid.Results show that TLC can accurately identify the above three elements and HPLC is efficient too.This research method is accurate,simple and reproducible.It can efficiently control the quality of this preparation. |
