| 摘 要： | 以CNKI引文库为统计源,对查出的科技查新论文1998—2009年间被引用情况进行了定量分析,并用总引频次、总引篇数、H指数、R指数等4项指标形成的综合指数作为影响力评价指标,综合评价被引著者、被引期刊的影响力,确定了在科技查新领域有较高影响力的著者及期刊。

| Abstract: | Taking CNKI cited papers database as statistical source,this paper makes the quantitative analysis on the citation of retrieved papers of sci-tech novelty retrieval published in 1998-2009,and taking the composite index formed by four indexes of total citations,total number of cited papers,H index and R index as an influence evaluating indicator,makes the comprehensive evaluation on cited authors and cited journals,and determines some authors and journals with higher influence in the field of sci-tech novelty retrieval. |
