| 摘 要： | 就TFT(Thin-Film-Transistor)液晶显示器的显示原理和驱动原理两个方面进行了总结,首先介绍了液晶的基本知识和物理特性,然后说明了液晶利用旋光特性进行显示的原理,并比较直观介绍了TFT玻璃基板结构、TFT液晶的驱动方式、驱动原理和驱动电路.最后,总结了TFT-LCD在液晶显示领域的应用和发展前景.

| Abstract: | This paper revealed the display principle of TFT-LCD and TFT-LCD driving mode. It presented the basic knowledge and physical characters of TFT-LCD and it illustrated the structure of TFT-LCD Panel as well as the driving circuits. Finally successful and potential application of TFT-LCD are summarized. |
