对刀误差对涡旋线型精度的影响

摘    要:采用向量运动法得到圆广义渐开线的一般方程,分析涡旋盘加工过程中对刀误差对涡旋线型精度造成的影响,解释了创成法加工涡旋盘的原理.指出一般工程中的 l0 ,l1 两个参数就是对刀误差在两个相互垂直方向上的投影,并采用极角误差以及向径误差来描述线型误差.

Abstract:Vector motion method is adopted to get the general circular involute equation. The influence of cutter alignment error on scroll involute is analyzed. The principle of scroll machining by means of generating method is explained. It is pointed out that the errors in two directions perpendicular with each other are the parameters l 0 and l 1 in general equation. The radius vector error and polar angle error are used to describe the scroll involute error.
