可控燃烧速率系统在汽油机上的应用

摘    要:文章介绍了一种可控燃烧速率(CBR)系统,发动机每缸的进气道分为切向气道和中性气道,在低速、低负荷工况下,通过滑片式进气涡流控制系统关闭中性气道,由切向气道进气产生强涡流比,提高混合气燃烧速率从而降低油耗和排放;同时,由于CBR系统的燃烧稳定性和快速性,可以使得发动机能容忍更大的废气再循环(EGR)率,从而进一步降低油耗;在高速、高负荷时,通过打开中性气道来保证足够的扭矩输出。

Abstract:This paper introduces a Controlled Burn Rate(CBR) system.In this system one intake port is divided into two separate ports.One is neutral port and the other is tangential port.At low load and low speed,neutral port is deactivated by the slider control system and mixture enters into cylinder from tangential port to enhance the swirl rate.High swirl rate can lead to high burn rate which can reduce fuel consumption and emission.Moreover,this system has a greater tolerance to EGR because of faster and more stable combustion .High EGR rate can also reduce the fuel consumption.With high load and at high speed,the neutral port is opened to get enough torque output.
