| 摘 要： | 采用模式分离与直线法相结合，对对称型宽边耦合共面波导的色散特性进行了分析，发现在宽频带范围内其色散性较弱，因而为宽边耦合共面波导的三维微波集成电路中应用时在宽频带范围采用准静态法进行电路的分析设计提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Using the method of lines and separation of even/odd mode,the dispersion characteristics of the broadside coupled coplanar waveguide are analyzed in this paper.It is found that the structure has a very weak dispersion in the wide frequency band.The theoretical basis is laid for the application of the broadside coupled coplanar waveguide in a three dimensional microwave integrated circuit and using quasi static TEM approach to analyze and design the circuit in wide frequency band. |
