| 摘 要： | 从参考文献具有预测功能之理论基点出发,分析了固定时间段内参考文献与科研产出数量和质量关系的数学模型,初步探求参考文献预测科研产出数量和质量的功能,并给出相应的数学模型,为评价科研人员一段时间内的科研产出能力提供多维依据。

| Abstract: | Starting from the basic theoretical points that the reference has predicting function,this paper analyzes the mathematical model reflecting the relationship between the reference and the quantity and quality of the scientific output in a fixed periods of time,probes into the reference's function of predicting the quantity and quality of the scientific output,and puts forward the corresponding mathematical model,which can be used to provide the multidimensional foundation for evaluating the productive ability of the scientific researchers in a fixed period of time. |
