摘    要:本文主要讨论了双排大间距冲天炉熔炼过程的特点及参数的变化特征,研究了各参数的检测方法,各参数的变化对冲天炉炉况的影响,以及如何根据参数的变化对冲天炉实施控制。根据冲天炉熔炼过程的特点选择检测参数,根据检测参数的变化判断冲天炉的熔炼情况和异常情况的产生,由此指导冲天炉的熔炼过程,提高了冲天炉的出炉铁水温度。

Abstract:In this paper, the features of melting process in the cupola is analysed,the changing pattern of each parameter in melting process is investigated,and then, the measuring method of every parameter is discussed. The influence of every parameter on cupola's melting process is also investigated. It shows how to control the cupola according to the changing character of every parameter. The paper discusses the method of parameter's selection and judges the cupola's melting status according to those parameters. Thus the temperature of the melted iron can be raised by using the above mentioned method.
