摘    要:管理本土化,是每一个在中国的外资企业都在探讨的问题.本文通过对一家大型外企的调查,在集体讨论的基础上,作出了一些有关人力资源管理的思考.

Abstract:Localization of administration is an issue that is being inquired into by almost every foreign-invested enterprise in China. Based on a survey into a large foreign-invested enterprise and our group discussion, this article has made,a tentative attempt to look into the issue of Human Recourses Administration (HRA).
