静力破碎剂的压力特性

摘    要:静力破碎剂水合反应后产生膨胀压的同时逐渐固化成具有一定强度的硬化体,试验表明膨胀压在这种硬化体中是均匀分布的,具有液体压力的特性;这给膨胀压的测量和确定静力破碎荆的压力——时间曲线带来了方便。即只要测得任意一点的压力就可以确定静力破碎荆的整体膨胀压;在现有的测量方法中建议采用简单方便的外管法来测量物体破坏前的膨胀压。与其它方法相比该种方法具有相同的精度和可靠性。图5,参3。

Abstract:As the static demolition agent is hydrated, it creats expansion pressure while gradually hardening to form a solid. It is observed from experiment that the pressure within the solid is uniformly distributed and possesses the same property as liquid pressure. All this makes it convenient to determine the expansion pressure and to plot pressur-time curve only by measuring the pressure at any point of the test tube filled with agent hydrated. It is recom mended to employ outer pipe method to determine the before-disruptive expansion pressure, because it not only has the same measurement accuracy and reliability, but it is simple and convenient for use. 5figs, 3refs.
