摘    要:为了对垂直转子轴式微型泵内部流动规律进行深入研究,采用格子Bo ltzm ann法(LBM)对该微型泵全流场进行了数值模拟。采用基于插值公式及固壁处动量平衡的弯曲固壁统一边界条件和移动边界条件,对具有圆、椭圆、互垂直双椭圆等3种不同截面形状转轴的微型泵内部流动进行了定常与非定常的计算,得到了微型泵进出口处平均压差、出口处平均量纲一化速度随时间的演化过程。结果表明:随着R eyno lds数的减小,流体的粘性作用不断增大,垂直转子轴结构可对流体进行更加有效的输送;圆形截面转轴比椭圆和互垂直双椭圆截面转轴具有更好的泵送性能。

Abstract:The flow pattern in a transverse-axis rotary micropump was analyzed using the lattice Boltzmann method(LBM) to simulate the whole flow field in the micropump with circular,elliptical,and four semi-elliptical lobed rotor contour cross-sections.The calculations used a moving boundary condition and a unified solid curved wall boundary condition based on interpolation and a momentum balance on the wall to calculate steady and unsteady flows.The analyses predicted the average pressure drops between the inlet and exit profiles and the average dimensionless velocities at the exit profile which change with time.The numerical results indicate that the pump is more effective with decreasing Reynolds number and increasing fluid viscosity,and that the circular contour is better than the elliptical or four semi-elliptical lobed contours.
