欧柏宁凝胶剂治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床观察

为了观察欧柏宁凝胶剂在治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡中的临床疗效，将90例门诊复发性阿弗他溃疡患者随机分成两组，每组各45例。治疗组采用局部涂欧柏宁凝胶，对照组采用常规治疗方法。观察欧柏宁的治疗效果，两组比较，治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结果表明：欧柏宁凝胶剂是治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的一种简单而有效的方法，值得临床推广运用。

Clinical Study of Opalpolln in the Treatment of Recurrent Aphthous Ulcer

In order evaluate treatment effect of opalpolln in RAU. 90 out-patients were divided into two groups in random. Each group has 45 cases. The treatment group was used local opalpolln, and the controlling group was given routine treatment to observe the curative effect. Chi-square test testified that the treatment group is better than the controlling group, opalpolln is a good and effective choice in treating RAU and is worth in clinical application.
