| Abstract: | This paper points out three improper ideas on the construction of enterprise culture,and makes deeper analysis on the reasons,and puts forward some workable measures from the angles of understanding deeply the connotations of enterprise culture,insisting on the people-based creation thought,and persisting in the principle of combining the dynamic nature and systemic nature. |
