摘    要:原肌球蛋白是调节动物肌肉收缩的蛋白质,与其它蛋白质相比,在各种不利的理化因素下具有突出的稳定性。所以人们推测,不同动物的原肌球蛋白在结构上应该是很一致的。我们对三种黑龙江特产鱼:大马哈鱼、鲟鱼,鳇鱼的原肌球蛋白进行了提取、纯化和结晶,并用SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳测定了分子量。其结果表明,三种鱼的原肌球蛋白均由两个亚基组成,大亚基的分子量为38000,小亚基的分子量为36500。

Abstract:Tropomyosin maintains relatively higher stability in comparison with other proteins in harmful chemical and physical factors. Therefore, it is considered that all tropomyosins from different kinds of animal may be very similar in structure and molecular weight. We have isolated and purified this kind of prot in from Chum Salmon, Sturgeon and Huso Sturgeon-three kinds of special local fish in the Heilongjiang. Moreover, their molecular weight were determined by SES polyacrymide gel electrophoresis. Following result; were obtained. all the tropomyosins of these fishes were consisted of two subunits, in which each small is 36500 Dolton and the large is 38000 Dolton in the three proteins.
