| Abstract: | The innovative development of Regular HEIs is not only the endogenous power of its own development , but also serves the external demand of social economic development. As one of the main positions of continuing education, the Regular HEIs should reform and innovate in the ar- eas of development localization , institutional innovation , system construction, talent cultivation, and social services. |
