论职业院校青年教师科研能力的培养与提高——以新疆石河子职业技术学院为例

科学研究是衡量职业院校办学水平的重要指标,青年教师科研能力的高低直接影响着职业院校整体科研水平的提高。本文以新疆石河子职业技术学院青年教师为研究对象,分析了青年教师科研现状,以及青年教师科研能力不强的原因,并提出了解决途径,包括加强宣传、培训工作;建立科研团队;建立传帮带制度;完善科研管理及奖励办法;提供信息帮助,建立科研平台。探讨职业院校青年教师科研能力的培养与提高,可以促进职业院校为青年教师创造良好的科研条件,从而推动职业院校科研工作向前发展。

On Training and Improvement of the Research Abilities of Young Teachers of Vocational Colleges

Scientific research is an important index to measure the education quality of vocation- al colleges. And the research abilities of young teachers directly influence the overall research level of vocational colleges. Taking the young teachers of Xinjiang Shihezi Vocational Technical College as a research object, the author put forward some solutions by analyzing the current research situa- tion of the young teachers and the reasons for their weak research abilities. Discussions on the train- ing and improvement of the research ability of young teachers of vocational colleges can help to cre- ate a good research condition for young teachers and promote the development of the research work of vocational colleges.
