生态视域下社区学习共同体的构建

摘    要:构建社区学习共同体是提高社区群众文化素质、贯彻终身教育理念的新途径,生态观赋予社区学习共同体新的内涵与特征,有利于揭示其内部知识创生、信息流动的生态学机制。政府有关部门应遵循联系、动态、共生的理念,通过社区教育环境的改善孕育学习共同体生成环境,助推其自我完善并不断提升共同体学习成效,在策略实施中须遵循以下原则:坚持自下而上,重视培育扶持,鼓励灵活创新,包容异质多元,重引导轻干预。

Abstract:The construction of learning community is an innovative way to improve the cultural qualities of the masses and to practice the idea of life-long education. The ecological concept endows learning community new connotation and characteristics, and helps reveal its internal ecological mechanism of knowledge creation and information flow. Relevant departments of the municipal government should follow the concepts of correlation, dynamics and coexistence, cultivate learning community through improving educational environment, and promote the performance of learning community. In practice, they should also stick to the bottom--up principle, attach importance to support, encourage flexibility and innovation, embrace diversity, and focus more on guidance than intervention.
