摘    要:高校思想政治理论课,既承担着对大学生进行系统的马克思主义理论教育的任务,又是大学生坚定理想信念,树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观的重要途径。为了真正提高教学的实效性,教师须跟上时代发展的步伐,加强对现代教育学、心理学理论知识的学习和补充,并根据教育主体和课程体系的变化,树立以学生为本的教学理念,倡导教学方法、手段创新,注重自身知识结构更新、拓展,培养科研能力,努力提高自身的综合素质,以增强课堂教学的吸引力和感染力。
