基于PRO/E的回转类刀具螺旋刃刀齿三维实体造型

摘    要:通过对多齿螺旋刃回转类刀具建模难度最大的刀齿部分深入分析,建立了描述回转类刀具螺旋刃刀齿几何形状的数学模型,从而可以创建等径或不等径螺旋线导引轨迹。在此基础上,应用Pro/E的扫描混合法,创建了回转类刀具螺旋刃刀齿的三维实体模型。最后,以精加工中被广泛应用的螺旋齿刃铰刀为典型实例,介绍了三维实体模型的主要设计步骤。文章提出的方法可以为解决类似的形状复杂零件三维实体造型提供有益参考。

Abstract:By the analysis of the most complicated part(cutter tooth) of rotating tool with multi-cutter tooth and spiral edge,the mathematics model,which can describe the geometry of spiral edge of rotating tool,is constituted and be used to establish isodiametric or varying diametric helical guidance locus.On this basis,the 3D solid model of rotating tool with spiral edge is built by ways of SCAN BLEND in the Pro/E software.Finally,with the typical example,a kind of reamer which widely used in finish machining,the main design steps of 3D solid models is introduced.The method proposed in the article could be a reference for solving other similar 3D soild modeling.
