摘    要:钢筋混凝土用热轧带肋钢筋是我国钢材产品中用量最大的品种之一.在Ⅱ级钢筋(20MnSi)的基础上加入微合金元素V或VN合金研究其对螺纹钢筋性能组织的影响,建立了添加VFe和VN钢筋V含量与强度的关系,为生产不同级别螺纹钢筋的合金化添加量奠定了基础.

Abstract:There are a huge uses of hot rolled ribbed bars in our country.Effects of V or VN alloying on mechanical properties of 20MnSi hot rolled ribbed bars were studied.It is shown that there is a linear direct proportion between the vanadium content in the steel and its mechanical properties.It can be used as a guide to produce variety strengths steel by a different vanadium addition.
